Shuttle to the airport? Two companies operate a shuttle service from our premises. One is “We know London” and you can find the self check in kiosk in reception, and the second company is “Hoppa Bus”. Please book online on this link www.hotelhoppa.co.uk. 

Terminal I am flying to? Please check the live airport screens located in the ground floor with all flights information, departure gates, delays etc. 

Can I receive parcels in my room? Yes, you can, please ensure that the name of the person receiving the delivery matches the name of the reservation and our team will receive it or call you in your room.

Can I have breakfast if I have a very early flight? Yes, you can. We have an early bird option for hotel guests. Just let us know in reception at what time you want your breakfast, and we will have it ready for you. 

How to get from here to central London? The fastest way into central London is by reaching terminal 2. A 5 minute taxi ride or bus U3 from the door of the hotel can take you there. From terminal 2 you can either catch Heathrow express to Victoria station or London Underground / Picadilly line.
